Cord Hosting announces plans to acquire hosting firms
(4/21/2005) LAGUNA BEACH, CA – Cord Hosting Inc., a California based hosting provider serving clients since 2001, announced this week that it is looking to acquire small to medium sized hosting firms with 50-5000 clients.
The company (http://www.cordhosting.com) says it is positioned to make reasonable offers to sellers and will provide excellent customer support to new clients, as well as a seamless migration process.
“We have completed highly successful acquisitions in the past, and are looking forward to doing many more in the near future,” said Errett Cord, President of Cord Hosting.
Cord Hosting is looking specifically for companies that provide virtual web hosting services, which utilize either the Plesk Control Panel or the CPanel Control Panel. In addition, the clients should be on servers that are FreeBSD or Linux based.
The company is confident future acquisitions will benefit all parties involved.
“Sellers can feel confident knowing Cord Hosting will take care of their customers, and provide an outstanding level of customer service,” said Cord.
Owners of web hosting firms that are interested in selling are asked to contact Cord Hosting as soon as possible, so possible acquisition plans can be discussed.
“If you’re looking to sell, give us a call or write us an email,” said Cord.
